V has revealed the promotion schedule for his new digital single 'FRI(END)S' with various contents to give a glimpse into the atmosphere.
On the 5th at midnight (Korean time), Big Hit Music released the promotion schedule for 'FRI(END)S,' featuring a pink envelope with the English letter 'V' printed on it and the schedule for promotional contents on BTS's official SNS. According to the schedule, on the 6th, a short film that hints at the message of 'FRI(END)S' will be released, followed by the first concept photo giving a glimpse of the mood of the new song on the 8th. On the 10th, the first teaser video will be revealed, and on the 11th, the second concept photo and a highlight video 'Flash Video' encompassing the emotion of 'FRI(END)S' will be unveiled.
Then, on the 12th, the second teaser video will be released. The music video for 'FRI(END)S' will be released on the 15th at 1 PM through HYBE Labels' YouTube channel, coinciding with the release of the song.
V's new song 'FRI(END)S,' released approximately six months after his first solo album 'Layover,' is a 'love song' in the pop soul R&B genre.
