South Korean actor Joo Jin-mo, 46, said he would take a legal action against hackers who hacked his cell phone and text messages, adding that the contents of the text messages which were spread online are "maliciously distorted."
He said through his legal representative Barun that "I am spending a day that can not breathe comfortably due to this."
"A couple of months ago, criminal hackers suddenly sent me a cell phone message referring to my real name," he said. Most of all, when I contacted me by sending my personal information obtained through illegal hacking, I felt a terrible fear beyond embarrassment. ”
"I didn't respond to these requests, so he sent me my passport, national ID card, driver's license photos, as well as the personal information of my wife and family, my fellow celebrities stored on my cell phone, and pushed me into desperation. He threatened to send an e-mail to my wife, and that's why my whole family is having a painful day."
