In order to ensure the successful debut of YG Entertainment's new girl group, Baby Monster, a formidable lineup of producers is stepping up.
On the 20th, YG Entertainment officially posted '[BABYMONS7ER] TRACKLIST' on its blog. The first mini-album's 7-track list, set against a vibrant red background, is striking.
Starting with 'MONSTERS (Intro)', the album is filled with diverse genres ranging from hip-hop to ballads, including the title track 'SHEESH', 'LIKE THAT', 'Stuck In The Middle (7 ver.)', 'BATTER UP (7 ver.)', 'DREAM', and 'Stuck In The Middle (Remix)'.
With extensive efforts invested, a formidable lineup of producers collaborated to enhance the album's completeness. Starting with producer CHOICE37, who has been supporting Baby Monster since before their debut, DEE.P, Treasure's Choi Hyun Suk, and renowned international songwriters have joined forces.
Especially noteworthy is the involvement of world-renowned singer-songwriter Charlie Puth, who gifted the track 'LIKE THAT' for Baby Monster's album. As an artist with numerous mega-hit songs, the synergy between his sophisticated sound and Baby Monster's expression is eagerly anticipated.
YG stated, "Finally, Baby Monster's first mini-album with the voices of all seven members is complete." They added, "This album will not only showcase their solid musical abilities but also convey the unique identity of the perfectly harmonized team."
With this album as a starting point, Baby Monster is set to embark on vigorous activities. They are expected to engage closely with domestic fans through music programs, broadcasts, and fan signing events. Additionally, they will expand their global presence with a fan meeting tour spanning five Asian regions including Tokyo, Jakarta, Singapore, Taipei, and Bangkok, as well as participating in Japan's largest music festival, 'Summer Sonic 2024'.
