Boy group ZEROBASEONE has topped the Oricon chart in Japan for two consecutive days with their debut single.
According to rankings released by Oricon on the 21st, ZEROBASEONE (Sung Hanbin, Kim Jiwon, Jang Hao, Seok Matthew, Kim Taerae, Ricky, Kim Kyubin, Park Geonwook, Han Yujin) rose to the top of the Oricon Daily Singles Ranking on March 20th with an estimated sales volume of 19,175 copies of their first Japanese single 'ゆらゆら -運命の花-'(Yurayura -Unmei no Hana-). The single had already secured the top spot with an estimated sales volume of 187,694 copies on the day of its release. ZEROBASEONE's first Japanese single, released on the 20th, includes a total of three songs, including the title track 'ゆらゆら -運命の花-'(Yurayura -Unmei no Hana-), as well as 'In Bloom (Japanese ver.)' and 'CRUSH (Japanese ver.)', which are Japanese versions of the title tracks of two albums released in Korea.
The title track 'ゆらゆら -運命の花-' is a song that expresses the excitement and anticipation of a new journey with drum and bass and trap sounds. As a spin-off of ZEROBASEONE's debut song 'In Bloom', the lyrics capture the moment when time stopped as we faced each other and the flow of emotions that finally touched each other.
To commemorate the release of their Japanese single, ZEROBASEONE will hold their first fan concert '2024 ZEROBASEONE FAN-CON IN JAPAN' at K-Arena Yokohama for two days on the 23rd and 24th. Approximately 50,000 seats were sold out through pre-sale for official fan club members since January 30th, and live broadcast tickets at over 20 CGV theaters nationwide, including CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall, were also sold out simultaneously with ticket opening, proving ZEROBASEONE's formidable ticket power.
