BTS V's latest song 'FRI(END)S' continued to shine in global popularity by charting on the UK's biggest chart, the 'Official Big Top 40', for two consecutive weeks.
According to the chart released on March 25th by the UK's 'Official Big Top 40', V's song 'FRI(END)S' secured the 4th position. Following its 3rd position last week, it proudly entered the 'Top 5' of the chart for two consecutive weeks, showcasing its formidable streaming power.
The 'Official Big Top 40' chart is the largest chart in the UK, conducted by 'Capital FM Network', the UK's largest music radio station, based on iTunes sales, Apple Music streaming, and radio broadcasts. It is the only chart that includes radio broadcasts. V became the first Korean solo artist to chart on the 'Official Big Top 40' since Psy's 'Gangnam Style' in 2012 with his solo song 'Sweet Night' in 2020. V's solo songs 'Christmas Tree', 'Slow Dancing', and 'Rainy Days' have also been ranked, acknowledging his presence as a soloist in the pop homeland of the UK.
'FRI(END)S' also achieved its own best performance on the UK's 'Official Chart'. According to the chart released on March 22nd, it debuted at 13th place on the 'Official Singles Chart'.
