NCT DREAM, under SM Entertainment, has announced the successful start of their first dome tour in Japan.
From May 11th to 12th, NCT DREAM held the '2024 NCT DREAM WORLD TOUR <THE DREAM SHOW 3: DREAM()SCAPE> in JAPAN' at the Kyocera Dome in Osaka, Japan. With a combination of diverse music, overwhelming performances, and explosive energy, they kicked off their first Japanese dome tour with a highly polished performance. NCT DREAM heated up the venue from the opening with their dynamic performance of 'BOX' alongside the mega dance crew, and they enthralled the audience with a parade of hit songs like 'ISTJ,' 'Broken Melodies,' 'Candy,' 'Hello Future,' 'We Go Up,' and 'GO,' showcasing various charms.
They created a splendid and rich festival atmosphere with a three-hour, 30-song performance, including stages for songs from their album 'DREAM()SCAPE,' such as 'Smoothie,' 'UNKNOWN,' and '숨,' as well as sections where the audience could jump and dance together with lively band arrangements for 'Dream Run,' 'Better Than Gold,' 'Fireflies,' and even global favorites like 'Yogurt Shake,' 'Footprints,' and 'Polaris.'
Furthermore, NCT DREAM received enthusiastic responses for their first live performance of the title track 'Moonlight' from their second Japanese single, pre-released on the 8th. During the encore section, they rode on a moving cart, traversing various parts of the dome venue to deliver stages for 'Wave,' 'Whale,' 'ANL,' 'Like We Just Met,' and more, while also making eye contact and exchanging greetings with the audience, demonstrating their extraordinary affection for their fans, known as Sizni.
