YG: "BLACKPINK to Attend Movie Premiere, No Talk Session" [Official]




The girl group BLACKPINK will reunite as a complete group for the first time in 11 months but will not engage in any speaking engagements.


On the morning of the 26th, YG Entertainment (hereafter referred to as YG) announced, "At the production presentation for the movie 'BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK] IN CINEMAS,' which will be held at Times Square in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul, on August 9th, the usual segments of a film production presentation such as cast comments, behind-the-scenes stories, and media Q&A will not take place." 


According to YG, BLACKPINK will walk the pink carpet, akin to a red carpet, and only greet the stage.


This year marks the 8th anniversary of BLACKPINK's debut, and they will attend the production presentation of the movie 'BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK] IN CINEMAS' on August 9th at Times Square in Yeongdeungpo, Seoul.


The movie 'BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [BORN PINK] IN CINEMAS,' set to be released on July 31st, captures the live performance of their [BORN PINK] world tour finale held at Gocheok Sky Dome in Gocheok-dong, Seoul. It will be screened in over 110 countries, including South Korea, the United States, and the United Kingdom, setting a record for the most countries to screen a live concert film by a girl group.
