Yuta from NCT (under SM Entertainment) is set to officially debut as a solo artist in Japan.


Yuta's solo debut in Japan is slated for the second half of 2024. Having proven his musical prowess through his activities with NCT, NCT 127, NCT U, as well as singing for OSTs and releasing numerous cover songs, global fans are highly anticipating his solo debut. Particularly, Yuta will kick off his debut with the 'YUTA Solo Debut Showcase Tour HOPE,' performing nine shows across five Japanese cities: Fukuoka (October 5-6), Hyogo (October 9-10), Aichi (October 13), Tokyo (October 17-18), and Osaka (October 26-27).


This showcase tour marks Yuta's first performances as a solo artist, where he will present songs from his debut solo album and a variety of stages infused with his unique sensibility.


In addition to his musical pursuits, Yuta is building a filmography as an actor through appearances in Japanese movies and dramas. He is also demonstrating his versatility in fashion and as a radio DJ, which raises expectations for his upcoming solo activities.


Meanwhile, NCT 127, the group Yuta belongs to, made a comeback on July 15 with their sixth full-length album 'WALK' and is actively promoting it.
