The girl group IVE has dominated Japan's major music charts for three consecutive days, just ahead of their upcoming performance at the Tokyo Dome. According to the latest chart released by Oricon, IVE's new Japanese mini-album "ALIVE," which was released on August 28th, secured the number one spot on the Daily Album Chart (from August 28th to August 30th) for three consecutive days. This achievement surpasses the sales of their previous Japanese album, "WAVE," setting a new record for the group.

IVE has also gained popularity at Japan's major record store, Tower Records. Their new release topped the K-POP/World Sales chart and reached the number one position on the Daily Pre-Order Sales chart, further proving the overwhelming interest in the group within Japan.

Moreover, IVE's new album continues to perform well on various platforms, ranking on the Top Album charts of Apple Music Japan and iTunes Japan, as well as Spotify Japan's Daily Top Song Album chart.

The album "ALIVE" includes five tracks, featuring the title song "CRUSH" and the Japanese opening theme for Pokémon, "Will." The title track "CRUSH" is a pop song that showcases IVE's energetic and charming style. The music video for "CRUSH" is also gaining steady popularity, featuring the six members' refreshing visuals and lively performances under the bright sun, making it hard for viewers to look away. IVE's unique style and worldview have once again resonated with fans, transcending language barriers.

Additionally, IVE performed "CRUSH" for the first time on the Japanese TV show "CDTV Live! Live!" on September 2nd. The performance, which conveyed messages of summer, freshness, and healing, captivated the audience with IVE's signature style. The group has also made a mark in Japan by performing at the country's largest festival, Summer Sonic 2024, and appearing on several popular Japanese TV programs.

As IVE continues to make waves in Japan, they will conclude their first world tour, "SHOW WHAT I HAVE," with finale performances at the Tokyo Dome on September 4th and 5th.
