Irene's 'Like A Flower' Surpasses 330,000 First-Week Sales, Marking a Successful Solo Debut


Red Velvet's Irene has achieved impressive results with her first solo mini-album "Like A Flower", surpassing 330,000 copies sold.


According to SM Entertainment on December 3, Irene's debut solo album, released on November 26, recorded first-week sales of 336,805 copies on the Hanteo Chart, which tracks album sales.


With this achievement, Irene not only topped Hanteo Chart and Circle Chart's Retail Album Chart daily rankings, but also claimed the number one spot on iTunes Top Album Charts in 23 regions worldwide. Additionally, she secured the top position on China’s QQ Music Digital Album Sales Chart, further solidifying her successful debut.


"Like A Flower" features a total of eight tracks spanning various genres, including the title track of the same name, as well as pop-based dance, ballad, R&B, band, and acoustic songs, showcasing Irene's versatility as a solo artist.


Meanwhile, Irene is set to appear on the December 4 episode of the YouTube show "Hyo’s Level Up" in the segment titled "Senior Hyoyeon Treats You to a Meal".
