'HAPPY V DAY!' Fans Celebrate BTS V's Birthday with Heartwarming Events


As BTS member V’s birthday (December 30) approaches, fans from Korea and around the world are organizing various events to celebrate the special day.


The fan page ByMySide_KookV is hosting a series of birthday advertisements across 21 LCD screens in the underground passage of the Sinchon Hyundai Department Store. The passage features 75-inch digital media displays that allow passersby to enjoy V’s stunning visuals throughout their walk. 


Additionally, they have placed an LED birthday ad on the exterior wall screen of the department store’s UPLEX building, utilizing trendy, high-definition vertical billboards to showcase the celebration. As part of their support, ByMySide_KookV also contributed $1,230 to a fundraising campaign for V’s solo song promotion.


Another fan page, AwesomeTaetae, is honoring V’s birthday with an event for military personnel, acknowledging that V is currently serving in the military. To provide warmth during the cold winter, they partnered with Compose Coffee’s Chuncheon branch to distribute snack and hot pack sets to soldiers from December 26 to 30.


Furthermore, a digital double-sided advertisement is being displayed at the taxi stand shelter near HYBE’s main building from December 15 to 30.


These thoughtful and creative gestures demonstrate the love and dedication of V’s fans, making his birthday a global celebration.
