J-Min Announces Suspension of Activities with BAE173… Pocketdol Studio States, "Members Feel Betrayed"


BAE173 member J-Min has announced his intention to suspend activities with the group.
On the 3rd, Pocketdol Studio released an official statement, saying, "J-Min has expressed his intention to suspend activities with BAE173," adding, "The members feel betrayed, but BAE173 will continue to do their best with the remaining members."


It has been reported that J-Min made this decision to focus on activities with the new group Close Your Eyes, which is set to debut in April.


J-Min’s contract with Pocketdol Studio for BAE173 activities runs until 2027, while the activity contract that Close Your Eyes aims to establish with him spans three years, extending beyond the duration of his BAE173 contract.


J-Min was selected as a member of Close Your Eyes through JTBC's survival audition show Project 7, despite being part of BAE173 at the time. The group Close Your Eyes consists of J-Min, Sakurada Kenshin, Ma Jingxiang, Seo Kyung-bae, Song Seung-ho, Jang Yeo-jun, and Kim Sung-min.
