JYP’s KickFlip Begins Music Show Promotions for Follow-Up Track 'Knock Knock'

JYP Entertainment’s next-generation boy group KickFlip has officially started music show promotions for their follow-up track, Knock Knock.

After making their debut in the K-pop industry on January 20 with their first mini-album Flip it, Kick it!, KickFlip received enthusiastic praise for their energetic live performances and dynamic stage presence with the title track Mama Said (뭐가 되려고?). Riding this momentum, the group is now set to showcase Knock Knock on major Korean music shows, including Mnet’s M Countdown on the 20th, KBS2’s Music Bank on the 21st, MBC’s Show! Music Core on the 22nd, and SBS’s Inkigayo on the 23rd.

Positioned as the fourth track on their debut album, Knock Knock features an addictive melody and creatively portrays the heart-fluttering excitement of being in front of a crush through KickFlip’s unique musical style. Members Gyehoon, Amaru, Donghwa, Juwang, Minjae, Keiju, and Donghyun bring a trendy vocal performance that delivers a “feel-good” vibe, capturing the hearts of fans. The Knock Knock music video, released on the 18th through their official social media channels, heightened excitement with its groovy choreography and hip energy, drawing strong interest from K-pop fans worldwide.

With their Knock Knock promotions, KickFlip aims to respond to the enthusiastic support they have received. Unlike the playful and bold choreography of Mama Said (뭐가 되려고?), Knock Knock showcases a fresh and distinctive performance style, further cementing KickFlip’s reputation as a “next-generation stage masters.”

Meanwhile, KickFlip’s debut mini-album Flip it, Kick it! recorded 322,000 copies shipped according to Circle Chart, securing the No. 1 spot on both the weekly album chart and weekly retail album chart (2025.01.19–2025.01.25). Additionally, on Hanteo Chart, the album achieved an impressive first-week sales record of 276,881 copies, earning them an official "First Week Sales Certification Plaque."
