NCT WISH member Jaehee is gaining attention as the new “trustworthy vocal” to watch.

Jaehee has captivated global fans with his outstanding skills and diverse charms through consecutive appearances on live content, including MBC’s variety show King of Masked Singer (aired August 31 and September 6) and the KBS Kpop YouTube web show Limousine Service (released September 9).

On King of Masked Singer, performing as “Blue Sky Galaxy,” Jaehee showcased his wide vocal spectrum—delivering a refreshing rendition of DAY6’s Welcome to the Show, a powerful take on Kim Kyungho’s Forbidden Love, and a delicate, emotional version of Naul’s Memory of the Wind. After removing his mask following the intense competition, he was met with enthusiastic cheers from the audience and glowing praise from the judges: “A vocalist to look forward to,” “An artist with boundless potential,” and “A bright future ahead.”

On Limousine Service, Jaehee further displayed his strong abilities and unique charms with a rearranged version of NCT WISH’s new song COLOR, as well as performances of Banh Gwangok’s Today’s Diary and Yuuri’s Dried Flower. His duet with MC Lee Mujin on EXO’s Don’t Go highlighted his smooth tone and warm sentiment, earning a positive response.

Meanwhile, Jaehee’s group NCT WISH made a comeback on September 1 with their third mini-album COLOR. The album sold 1.395 million copies in its first week, marking their second consecutive million-seller achievement. The group also topped domestic album and music charts, reached No. 1 on China’s QQ Music Rising Chart, and surpassed 530,000 comments in a live chat event—setting record-breaking milestones and continuing their surge in popularity.

NCT WISH will continue their promotions with appearances on Mnet’s M Countdown (September 11), KBS 2TV’s Music Bank (September 12), MBC’s Show! Music Core (September 13), and SBS’s Inkigayo (September 14).
